  • Recommended for dogs 30-65 pounds; measures 11-inches long
  • Non-abrasive, non-toxic tennis ball fabric will not wear down dog's teeth
  • Throws are easy with the unique throw rope
  • Perfect for retriever training
  • Interactive throw and retrieve toy for you and your dog

  • Alex the Doberman gives it 5 paws up! He adores this toy. He holds it by the rope and shakes it and runs around. He literally sleeps with this toy he loves it so much. We love to play tugowar with him and he gets a great grip on the tennis ball like material.
2 year old boxer loves this toy!!!!! This toy was gifted to my dog who absolutely loves it!! She loves to chase fetch play tug swing it around by the rope She goes bonkers for it. Some days it is much better than food for training. I should say that she's not keen on chasing balls the rope seems to make a big difference.
not a chew toy I have a Siberian Huskyshe chewed the rope off within five minutes. If you want a fetch toy this is okay if your dog would rather chew it's no good.
Kong Air Dog Fetch Stick with Rope large yellow My Black labs LOVE these things! They will fetch all day long or unitl I get tired of throwing them. They are easy to throw provide a good and varied bounce and hold up pretty well. They are not a chew toy although one of my labs thinks it okay to bite off the rope bummer. When that happens they get a shorter throw but they don't care. After lots of fetching and abuse the cover begins to come off. After the cover is torn completely off and the tug of war between the two dogs it ends up in two pieces. Time for another. I buy these a dozen at a time! They last as well as anything else I have purchased. To purchase locally they cost $14.99. What a rip! Great company service and excellent delivery time.
Most popular toy at my dog park My yellow lab cannot get enough of this toy and will chase and retrieve it relentlessly on land and in water until I drag him home. Ditto for most of the other labs at the dog park. It's not uncommon for 3 or more dogs to be competing with each other to bring this back to me for the next throw! Highly recommended for larger high energy dogs. Two caveats though..1 Although it's a sturdy toy a power chewer will reduce it to pieces in short order. It's a fetch toy NOT a chew toy so don't buy it for that purpose. Ditto for tug purposes I've gone through several of these because I don't heed my own advice 2The rope is made of nylon which can be pretty abrasive on your hands after repeated throws. Not a big deal but could be more comfortable.
Favorite dog toy Our dog a border collie is a tennis ball fanatic and loves to play tug of war so this toy is perfect for him. We like the fact that we can hold on to the rope instead of the super slobbery part he's been tugging on. The odd shape makes it interesting enough that he will sometimes just play with it himself holding one end in his paws while trying to gnaw on the other. It seems to be pretty durable too. This is a replacement for one he finally finished chewing all the fuzz off of and it took him several months to finish the last one.
Best toy ever for dogs that like the water I have a Chessie and he cannot get enough of this toy. Durable and can launch it really far. Completely recommended.
Kong Air Dog with rope I love these kongs in the wintertime because its a lot easier to find them in the snow. They are also easier to see out in the water or along the shoreline all year long.My dog Suzie and I love to play with all the kongs on the rope because you can really fling them a far distance thereby giving the dog a really good run. But for the winter and the difficulty finding them in the snow.
Not like other durable Kong products. I bought the large version of this toy for my lab/shepard mix who is 65 pounds. My dog can go through toys pretty quickly so I tend to stick with brands that create the most durable toys to make my money last a little longer. The rope on this toy is made of nylon not canvas like some of the other kong toys and because it is made of nylon my dog ripped through the toy in less than 5 minutes. I literally opened the toy and by the time I turned around it was in two pieces. I gave it two stars because I was still able to use the fetch part of the toy without the rope.
junk came apart in no time. I supervise my dog with this tossing to her playing it came apart from the pressure of her teeth sinking into it. It simply split in half.

KONG Squeaker Dumbbell Large Yellow Another Home Run From Kong !

  • Recommended for larger breeds
  • Measures 9-inches long
  • Hidden squeaker; felt covering won't abrade dogs' teeth
  • Made in the USA from durable, high-quality tennis-ball material
  • Combines two canine favorites; the squeaker toy and the tennis ball

  • fun toy holds up well I have a Weimaraner puppy who loves balls he can get a little obsessive when he plays with them and he chews on them until they pop. It only takes him about a day to destroy them so they have to be a outside toy only. However I make an exception with this toy. He has had the medium or large one for about two months now and it is holding up great. He likes to carry it around the house and squeak it. That is the one thing I don't like. The squeaker is loud and high pitched. I have given the toy a timeout a few times because my dog will squeak it for hours and it can grate on your nerves but it helps him stay calm when I have to go to work and he can squeak it to his heart's content when I am away I would recommend this toy for most dog owners it hold up better then regular tennis balls and doggy tennisballs. The shape also helps keep his from destroying it.
2 Paws up as usual Our 4 labradors love Kong toys of all types but especially those with the yellow tennis hide. Normally these funloving energetic labs rip right through plush toys to get at those mysterious squeakers. Not their Kong toys. They take a licking and a chewing and keep on squeaking sorry Timex for the play on your words. Great value and safe toys for your pets.
Better than a stuffed squeaky toy Kong dumbbell has so far outlasted any other squeaky toy we tried with our 50# dog who is not a very aggressive chewer but nonetheless quickly destroys any stuffed toy that comes his way. This toy is safe to leave lying around because our dog does not chew it just for the fun of it. Most of the time he brings it to us when he wants to play tug or fetch which is fun to do with this toy since it makes a loud squeak that gets our dog exited.Although made by the same manufacturer that brought us the durable rubber Kong toys the dumbbell cannot compare to their ability to withstand constant chewing action. If your dog is an agressive chewer this is probably not the best toy. Otherwise Kong dumbell can be a nice addition to your dog's collection of toys and can serve as good substitute for the flimsy soft squeaky toys that don't last.
Another Home Run From Kong ! Our six year old 92 pound Old English Bulldog and his partner in crime our 6 month old puppy of the same breed are the certified kings when it comes to destroying even the toughest toys.A long time fan of Kong products because they design toys with the dog in mind and not humans.A rarity among dog toys that beg for our attention with an army of adorable kitty cats bunnies and an endless parade of cute toys. With the majority of them resembling road kill in a very short time. That said we had a feeling this particular toy being soft as opposed to the hard yet pliable Kong material would be destined for a very short life. However after a week of serious dedicated chewing and chomping this toy despite expected small tears is still no worse for wear.
NOT for agressive chewers. This toy lasted barely an hour. My dog peeled it like a grape and chewed a big hole in the end. If your dog is an agressive chewer I would not recommend this toy. Our dog is a 50lb jack russell/ shepherd mix. She is an insane chewer. So far the only toy she hasn't chewed up is the origional red kong and the West Paw Design Zogoflex Dog Toy Tux and not for lack of trying. We have tried almost every toy for agressive chewers and so far these are the only two toys that have held up. We have had them for nearly 6 months and they are still completely intact. I would definitely recommend them but not this.
wonderful toy with some caveats Our golden LOVES these. They are her favorite soft toy.Soft toys don't have a long lifespan with this hound. On the contrary. That said she will happily play with this thing even when it is in virtual tatters squeakerless and the two tennis balls decomposed. And that's something.I will note that the toy is available in stores even Target which is seldom a bargain palace for a lot less than they are being sold for here.
So sad it made us cry! Joy oh joy! My 2 year old Malamute was overcome with joy to get a new squeaky toy!!!! It brought happy tears to my eyes to watch him tip his head in curiosity and anticipation what's in the bag Mom? What's that noise? And it looks and feels like a tennis ball!!!! He bounded around happily squeaking his new toy. We threw it around he caught it on the bounce squeaking it joyously..until..within 2 minutesmute.sad sad sad and confused brown Malamute eyes. Where's the squeak Mom? He pauses and bites down whooshy toy? Whooshy sound? not so exciting.. Ok. He's really big and has huge wolf teeth. But really 3 minutes?I'm on a quest for a better squeaky toy.
dogs love it My dog loves this toy. We've already had to replace one because the first one became half dumbbell half ball but she is rough on her toys. She runs around the yard squeaking frantically much to our neighbor's chagrin but they'll get over it.
    Very Durable Toy
Kong dumbbell toy The product has held up very well. Not like a typical hard rubber Kong toy. The dogs chew up the tennis ball material quickly.

  • 100% pure tennis fetch toy
  • Nonabrasive and nontoxic felt cover that won't wear your dog's teeth down
  • Extra long rope for throwing
  • Approximately 7.7-inches long
  • Squeaker for added entertainment

  • Done with Kong Thought Kong was a good quality namebut this toy is junk. My Shihtzu destroyed the squeaker in the ball and then started to fray the rope that is attached to it.
Sort of cheap feeling I was hoping for a thicker rope This is pretty cheap feeling and my dog destroys tennis balls in seconds if he isn't playing tug So yeah maybe I misunderstood what this toy is supposed to be used for maybe you use the rope to throw the ball? but it is too cheap for tug.
does the job. This is better than the kong oblong fetch stick that is on a rope. The fetch stick doesn't squeak. My GSD likes it but can't leave him alone with it because he will chew throut the rope. Rope isn't very sturdy for chewers. Good toy for dogs in training that are ball driven.
Great dog toy I have a young Boxer that can destroy a toy in a matter of minutes. So far this one is holding up and he loves it.
Great but could be better My little dog loves these! It's everything we've been looking for a ball that squeaks with a rope to play tug a war when she brings it back. Toy nirvana! My only complaint is there is a small plastic plug in the ball that makes it squeak and she can get that out way too easy and then isn't as interested in it as the squeaking has stopped. Kong should build the air plug into the ball somehow. My other suggestion to them is to make the ball a brighter easier to find color. As after the ball is well loved and dirty it blends into the grass way to well. All in all though it's fantastic.
KONG Squeakair Tennis Ball I love these tennis balls for play and motivation training for competetive obedience training. I only rated it 4 stars because the tennis ball skin if the dog chews on the ball will come loose and I worry about them eating it. I always put up and only use it for training or play but one of my dogs did get a hold of his ball and chewed it and the skin on the ball came loose. So I am now VERY careful so they don't get a hold of this and chew on it.
Dog loves this! My 70 lb German Short haired Pointer loves this.
No choking! I recently learned that it isn't uncommon for dogs to die when a tennis ball becomes lodged in their throat cutting off their air supply. My shepard mix loves his tennis balls but hearing this I quickly searched for rope balls and found this product. If a ball became lodged in my dog's throat I could pull it out by yanking on the attached rope. Cody loves these even more than regular tennis balls as he can also pick it up by the rope. You a can throw it a considerable distance by using the rope or use a Chucker.

Happy Puppy Great toy for puppies!! Gets them their daily exercise and they learn how to fetch.
